Smart Plan explores best possible design solutions while maintaining clear budget objectives. These explorations bring the design to life, allowing the client to make a final decisions.
Smart Plan interprets the client's needs in ways that make sense to the client. Renderings, drawings, photographs and material samples communicate ideas and possibilities to the client.
Smart Plan implements the approved design, and manages all documents, drawings, and specifications and can obtain cost saving construction quotes from direct-to-client sub-trade contractors, and oversee their works as well as supply of furniture and fixtures.
